Ok experience, if you need the proximity to Gare de Lyon
We stayed there because we had early departure from Gare De Lyon. The hotel is right at the station. That’s the reason we chose it.
If you do not need to stay there because of the train station there are probably better Hotels to stay in Paris. The surroundings are bit a run down, what you would expect that around train station.

Comfy hotel in a good position for trains and metro
Great position really near to the Gare de Lyon. A large hotel, but we had a very comfortable, and good sized room - roomy for Paris. Staff very helpful and friendly. Comfy bed, comfy room, a good base from which to explore Paris.
A small carton of milk in the fridge for tea/coffee would have been nice.

Perfect location next to gate de Lyon. Clean and comfortable. Staff friendly as always. Breakfast pretty good, though the coffee is not great

What was the highlight of Novotel Paris Gare De Lyon
It is all right for a short stay.
Room was nice, could be a bit bigger for family of four. Location was the main factor when booking, very close to metro station which was very handy.
Food wasn’t great at all especially dinner in a restaurant, looked like leftovers from the day. We had dinner there first night and we wouldn’t go again. Very busy at breakfast time, there should be more tables for this size hotel. We waited quite a long time.
